You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Use of the Service

You agree not to misuse the service or provide false or misleading information. You are responsible for all activity under your phone number.

4. Fees

BirdieBuzz offers paid options such as a $2 daily plan or a $5 full-tournament plan. All payments are one-time and non-refundable.

5. SMS Delivery

SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier. BirdieBuzz is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if we detect misuse.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
